1994 UPPER DECK BE A PLAYER #99 WAYNE GRETZKY PSA 10 Label Error Rare Not #R99

  

I've been searching for years trying to get some concrete info on this card. I believe it to be a promo card but there's no definitive answer.

PSA graded it as a Gem Mint 10, but labeled it as a 1995 Upper Deck #99, but it is a 1994 Be A Player, but not numbered #R99 like the example pics provided. PSA will not relabel it as there isn't any info on it. I don't have to crack it out as it was graded as a PSA 10 and we all know how hard that is. It's definitely a one of a kind Gretzky item and a must for the true Gretzky collector and this may be the only way to get one graded although I'm yet to see another that is just #'d 99 and not #R99.
