This jersey has been in my collection for over 20 years and the registration card was mailed in. Ownership transfer with Upper Deck should be possible. The jersey is the same way it arrived to me those years ago. At the time there was what looked to be a small sticker glue on the lower in the inside lower cuff of the jersey.
